Please click on the document below, “DIBS STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS“, to learn how to use the DIBS system.
WHA will be using the DIBS system through the WHA website to track volunteer hours. Families will need to claim volunteer hours under their own SportsEngine account on the DIBS page on the website. After completion of task, families will need to log back into their account on the DIBS page and submit Request Completion on their Claimed DIB to request approval and authorization by admin.
The DIBS page is: https://www.worthingtonhockey.com/dib_sessions
If you complete hours that do not have a DIBS session associated with them, you can email those hours to worthingtonhockeydibs@gmail.com. When emailing your hours, be sure to list your name, skater name, date work was completed, number of hours worked, and what type of work was completed.
